hygge cares, a lot.

Just “being” isn’t enough. Wellness is essential to producing successful work. We want to provide the knowledge on how and why humans feel the way we do and the resources on how we can improve our sense of well-being.

Sometimes all we need is just a little encouragement. Through a partnership with OrthoCarolina we’ll make people work harder and smarter because we are putting their well-being first.

let’s get moving.

hygge’s workout plan, made easy by OrthoCarolina is comprised of the 3 pillars. Without them, what’s the point? Let’s get moving. All hygge members will have access to the following.

Knowledge is power.

  • lunch and learns on topics about health, wellness, nutrition, etc.
  • work + wellness tips shared in our weekly newsletter
  • new member on-boarding with wellness info

Breathe, stretch, shake, let it go.

  • walk/run club
  • complimentary access to 4-6 SweatNET workouts each month
  • weekly yoga (soon)

together is always better.

  • Zero Day wellness talks
  • how I work... out! video series
  • SweatNET partnership
  • Local gym partnerships

We understand that hygge, between the walls, is a small and hyper-engaged community. Because of this, we’ve taken a larger, community-based approach to talking and thinking about wellness. Through smart partnerships, building advocacy, and actually caring, we’ve extended the reach to you.

Not a hygge member? That’s ok. We still care about you. Sign up below to receive updates.

this is how we work out.

Bringing people together is second nature to hygge. Filling a room of yoga mats, reading a book or having a conversation is all about taking a pause from the usual grind to relieve stress, build clarity (and muscle), and break a sweat.

We see success in people working side-by-side every day. The accountability is what drives us to show up every damn day. Let’s build some accountability for our well-being and work out better, together.
