Which hygge location is the podcast studio?
The podcast studio is located at the hygge jay street location. The address is 1026 Jay Street.
What days/hours is the studio available?
The podcast studio is bookable 365 days of the year from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Do I need a SD card to record in the podcast studio?
Yes, you need a MicroSD card in particular. Here is a link to one on Amazon.
Can I bring camera or video equipment when I record?
Sure thing! Our studio only provides the basics, so you should bring any additional camera or lighting equipment you will need when recording.
How many mics are in the studio?
We have 4 mics ready to go.
Can I have someone call into the studio?
Yup! Our equipment allows podcasters to bring in external audio, such as a phone call, via bluetooth, auxiliary or USBC ports. It’s easy.
Can I come tour the studio?
Our studio is busy and podcasters can book last minute, so for that reason, we can never guarantee when the studio will be open for a tour outside of the Studio 101 class we offer. That required class gets you up close and personal with our space and studio as well as the equipment. So, if you’d like to see inside, that’s what we’d recommend.
What if I can’t make the Studio 101 class I signed up for?
Can’t make it? It happens, but please be sure to cancel your training 24 hours before the start time so someone else may take your spot. Then, send an email at podcast@wearehygge.com and we will work with you to get you into a future training without paying an additional $5.

We require all podcasters to take the the Studio 101 course. It’s 30 minutes long and includes a tour of hygge, the studio, and how to use the equipment. It costs $5 per person.
