Late?
We would really appreciate the call, text, email, carrier pigeon (not really this one) to let us know you will not be arriving at the start time specified on your confirmation. If you booked a meeting starting at 8am, Garrett, Brittany, Sean, or Jen will be there to let you inside. Please don’t make them wake up early if you plan on being there at 10am. Oh, and if you are more than 30 minutes late (and you didn’t send one of those pigeons), we are going to just cancel your meeting. Time is precious.
Cancel?
We need at least 14 days notice to receive a full refund. If it’s canceled within that time period, we will figure something out – let us know either way, please.
Guests?
If you are hosting more than just yourself in the space, please be sure to stand by the door to let your guests in. Our doors are locked 24/7. In fact, appoint someone the position of “greeter” for your meeting – I promise it will make their day (and ours).
