Exchanging stories and ideas can fuel movements, and we believe that we, as neighbors, have what it takes to make Charlotte-Mecklenburg an inclusive & welcoming community.

On The Table is a community-wide civic engagement initiative that will consist of mealtime dialogues hosted in workplaces, libraries, homes and other community locations – even in the park. This one will take place at hygge 3rd Ward and materials and support will be provided.

This year’s topic: The Legacy of Segregation in Charlotte and its Continued Impact.
